A Labour MP has demanded the government reopen an investigation into the suspicious deaths of two whistleblowers he believes were in possession of significant evidence relating to historic child sex abuse, which infiltrated the heart of Westminster.

John Mann, a Labour MP for Bassetlaw, has urged Home Secretary Theresa May to address state secrecy shrouding these allegations.

Mann believes the Official Secrets Act is obstructing ex-Special Branch police officials from stepping forward with vital information relating to sordid allegations regarding a child sex abuse ring affiliated with powerful Westminster elite figures throughout the 1970s and 1980s.

“There are former police officers, especially Special Branch officers, some of whom have contacted me, who do have significant information, and, if the Official Secrets Act restrictions are lifted on them, [they] will be far more willing to come forward and divulge that information,” he said. Simon Danczuk: Child Abuse Inquiry is Being Deliberately Sabotaged by Government

The Government is deliberately sabotaging the inquiry into historic claims of child abuse to protect “high profile figures,” a Labour MP has claimed.

Simon Danczuk, the backbencher who has led the calls for an inquiry into allegations of abuse dating back decades, said the problems which had dogged the probe set up last summer appeared to have been “quite deliberate mistakes by people in central Government.”

A letter leaked at the weekend showed that Theresa May, the Home Secretary, is considering abandoning the current panel, amid a catalogue of problems including the resignations of two chairman.

A victims’ representative said the only people who wished to see the inquiry fail were the abusers themselves.

Asked if he thought Theresa May, the Home Secretary, was responsible for a deliberate cover-up, Mr Danczuk said he was confident she wanted to get to the truth.

But he warned that victims could engage in “direct action” unless they began to see justice.

He told BBC Radio 4’s Today Programme: “If Government are set on doing this then it can be achieved, but you can’t help thinking that they aren’t intent on getting this right.
“There’s a catalogue of mistakes that have been made, some of them fairly basic, and you can’t blame the survivors of child abuse for wondering, because of the allegations of high-profile figures involved in the abuse, you can’t help thinking that some of this is quite deliberate mistakes by people in central government.” Continue reading

Ex MI6 Chief Named as Sexual Abuser of Boys at Dolphin Square

One of the VIPs who sexually abused boys at an apartment complex near Parliament has been identified as a former deputy director of MI6.

The disclosure of his identity to Exaro by a key witness has also been provided to Scotland Yard for its new investigation into historical allegations that MPs and other prominent people carried out child sex abuse at Dolphin Square and elsewhere.

An abuse survivor, known as “Nick” to protect his identity, told Exaro: “He used to like to kiss and to touch, liked me to do that to him. But it would always culminate in being raped. That is what happened all the time. That was normal.”

Exaro can reveal today that this VIP identified by Nick as an abuser at Dolphin Square is Sir Peter Hayman, who was linked under parliamentary privilege in 1981 by Geoffrey Dickens, the late Conservative MP, to the Paedophile Information Exchange (PIE), which promoted sex with children.

Nothing was said in Parliament about Hayman’s role at the Secret Intelligence Service (SIS), better known as MI6, and Press reports at the time referred to him solely as a diplomat and as the UK’s former high commissioner to Canada.

Police investigated Hayman in 1978, but he was not prosecuted. He died in 1992.

Nick picked Hayman out from a collection of pictures that Exaro showed to him. He had previously mentioned that one abuser was called “Hayman”.

“I learnt his name over a number of sessions,” said Nick.

From the pictures, he identified Hayman by his first name and as one of the paedophiles who sexually abused him at Dolphin Square and other properties in London from the age of 11, starting in 1979.

Nick thought that Hayman was an MP, and was unaware of his MI6 role. He assumed that Hayman was a politician because he mixed with MPs.
